Refund policy

**RETURNING GOODS**

According to Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts," the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order and return the item to the seller. 

When returning an item, it must be unused and have the original tags from the manufacturer. According to Section 12, Part 6 of PTAL, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the returned item in the same condition as it was received. Items must be unused, free of tobacco, odors, and stains.

Items will not be accepted for return in the following cases:
1. The item has been used.
2. The item is without original tags and packaging.
3. The defect occurred due to use of the item for purposes for which it was not intended.
4. The defect resulted from chemical or mechanical impact.
5. The item has undergone repairs.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the return of the item. If the customer incorrectly returns the item, they will bear the full cost of any expenses incurred.

The item, together with the completed return form, must be sent to us via Omniva to Sigulda, T/C Šokolāde. The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping. A refund for the returned item will be credited to your bank account within 14 (fourteen) business days (if the item meets the contract terms) from the date of receipt of the item and the return form.
